Liz Gehringer is the President of Coldwell Banker Affiliate Business and Chief Operating Officer of Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC, consisting of a franchise network of more than 1,400 affiliated company offices in the U.S. and 628 international operating offices. She oversees the brand’s franchise operations, field services, events, international business and the Coldwell Banker and Coldwell Banker Commercial affiliate networks. Gehringer is the leading voice for the Coldwell Banker What Moves Her program and was named to HousingWire’s 2019 Women of Influence list for her outstanding efforts in driving the U.S. housing market forward. In 2021, Gehringer was named a RISMedia NewsMaker recipient and joined the Swanepoel Power 200 in 2022.

As the Chief Marketing Officer for Coldwell Banker®, David does more than just market the longest running real estate brand in the industry. With over twenty years of digital, content, and social marketing experience, he’s obsessed with telling the story of the brand in ways that can’t be ignored. In addition to developing the highest rated ad ever in the real estate category and leading the first rebrand for Coldwell Banker in nearly half a century, David leads a team of diverse, thought-provoking marketers to reshape a brand that has existed for 114 years. While CMO by day, David trains four young padawans at night in raising 4 boys with his wife, Wonder Woman.


Senior Director, Patient Family Outreach

Paula serves as the Senior Director of Patient Family Outreach. The mission of her team is to identify and steward relationships with patient families ensuring they remain the face, brand and voice of St. Jude and to continuously support their fundraising needs throughout their journey. Paula’s team provides an unparalleled positive experience for patients and their families by making their experience personal and special, while providing resources specific to their fundraising and awareness needs for ALSAC/St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. This is something that is especially near to her heart, as she personally walked the halls of St. Jude with her youngest daughter, Carson Elizabeth, for 16 months, until she lost her brave battle with osteosarcoma on June 26, 2015, at the age of nine. Today she continues Carson’s legacy by connecting with patient families who have walked similar journeys, and speaks about Carson’s journey.
