What are the travel dates if I plan to attend in person?
Please plan to arrive on Monday, October 4 (any time) and depart on Thursday, October 7 (any time). If you are planning to attend the Global Luxury Certification Course, it is being held on pre-conference on Sunday, October 3 beginning at 8:30 am ET. Please plan your travel accordingly.

Are there a limited number of “In-Person” Registration tickets?
Yes. Based on current venue capacities, we will have a limited number of registrations available for purchase so please plan to register quickly to secure your space. Unfortunately, there will not be a waitlist once registrations are sold out. Please note: The TBD system has changed for 2021; if purchasing a TBD In-Person or Virtual Package, a name and unique email must be entered by August 31 or you risk cancellation of the purchased package.

How will the Virtual Event differ from the “In-Person” Event?
Think of the Live vs. Virtual as two (2) different Gen Blue Experiences. Our goal is to ensure you have options to experience Gen Blue whether you are in person or streaming the event virtually. Each experience will have its unique elements.

Yes, a social package add-on is available for $199 for the In-Person Main Registration Package. See the homepage for details.

What Learning will be offered at the Gen Blue?
Our Learning and Content teams are in the process of curating a robust agenda that offers various learning options for both the “In-Person” Main Registration Package as well as the Virtual Registration Package. Please note: Those purchasing an In-Person Package and attending the event in New York City, will also have the ability to access to the Virtual Learning tracks being offered through our event platform.
